In December 2025, Frank exhibited his work Field Recordings: Beinn Narnain (2025) at the Visual Arts Scotland biennial exhibition 'The Thread that Pulls', held at the Royal Scottish Academy building at the National Galleries of Scotland, Edinburgh.

The show ran from the 6th December 2025 - 2nd January 2026 and explored the enduring nature of attention. Works in the exhibition traced a long-held preoccupation with a place, material, or idea; revealed the repeated gesture of a hand in craft; or unravelled a personal or collective narrative that refused to be forgotten.

The exhibition considered the thread both literally and metaphorically: as fibre and stitch; as the drawn line; as the invisible tether between people, objects, and memory.
